Policies


Gift Certificates: Gift Certificate must be presented at time of service. We are unable to honor lost gift certificates. Receipts or cancelled checks or charge card statements cannot be honored in lieu of lost gift certificates. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. If your gift certificate has expired, the cash value (purchase price) will be applied to the current charge for service rendered.

Packages: Pre-paid packages of 3 or 6 massages are not transferable. These packages are discounted to make regular massage more affordable to each individual client.

Cancellation: We require 12 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. If two or more appointments are missed without the required notice, prepayment for your next schedule appointment time will be required. This will be considered payment for the time reserved.

Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, you will be given the remainder of your scheduled time. You will be charged for the original time scheduled. If our schedule allows, we may be able to give you the entire length of your massage.

Returned Check Fee: $30 NSF fee will be charged for all returned checks.
